This highly successful film was a smash-hit in the summer of 2002. It is a documentary about a man from the outskirts of New
Waterford, which involves alot of local folklore and includes some slight criminal behaviour. It depicts what the man's life
was like, based on the stories from townspeople, as the cast tries to determine wheter or not the man is "crazy"
or simply "misunderstood".
